I've been dealing with it for 3 months.
First hurt my elbow lifting weights in mid-December and thought it was just a mild strain. Went and played racquetball a month later and boy was that a BIG mistake. Couldn't hardly sleep for a week it hurt so bad.
It's still a bit sore two months since playing racquetball and I haven't touched a weight or played racquetball since in hopes of giving it a ton of rest.
Anyone out there have any experience with it?
I'm trying to get it healed up in time to golf this spring.
