Isn't that cute? Little fellers thought they could do better.

They seem to forget that the program was in better shape, and hadn't dealt with the Kiffin fallout the last time they had a coaching search and they still ended up with Derek Dooley.

I know the man is a decent coach, but he had better hire a slew of assistants with ties to the Southern Markets.

Does he have any recruiting connections in Atlanta? Florida?

Based on UC's roster on yahoo sports, the bearcats have 18 freshman and sophomores from Florida and Georgia on the roster. So it looks like he has some connections...no doubt he'll need to establish more, but it looks like he has a decent start.
