TenneCheat VolunTears (but..but..but.. we're good at baseball)

What would happen if they straight up could not find a single person to do it. Like even Hoke backs out. Are you allowed to play a game without a coach? Would anybody notice a difference?

I would guess that if nobody wants the job, they just keep giving interim titles to coaches on the staff as the search continues. But no, nobody would notice a difference.

Tennecheat has been a rudderless ship since Fulmer and even he was losing it in the last few years.

I personally think it's hilarious. Tennecheat fans think they are still a king in college football. They haven't been relevant since 2002 or so....

I had a high school friend who joined the Army and was stationed in Alabama at one point, so he adopted Bama as his team. I remember him telling me mid 2014 that Ohio State would be sub .500 in the SEC and Tennessee would be better. I forget how that season played out, though. I wonder what he thinks of them today.

Following Clay Travis is fascinating. He is all-in on the “the administration is incompetent and screwing this up!” line, and a huge chunk of his Tennessee followers are eating it up without the slightest bit of reflection or realization that the fans freaking the fuck out over the Schiano hire is what made the job so toxic that no one will touch it.

It is utterly fascinating to witness the layers upon layers of stupidity cascading out of that fan base like an avalanche- from their Jon Gruden based expectations, to their Schiano freak out, to their post-Schiano expectations, to their ability to be so thoroughly manipulated by Clay Travis, to Clay Travis being all in on bringing Lane Kiffin back, to other things I’ve probably missed today.

It would take a novel to go through the layers of stupidity in detail.

I really don’t think Tennessee fans deserve a football coach- especially when you know they will demand an SEC title from the poor schmuck who ends up being the coach in year two and start calling for him to be fired when he goes 5-7.
"Daniel Tosh, he looks like Kiffin" is one of my favorite suggestions
