Outstanding firs half for Marcus! Love to see him really blow up this season. He's definitely put on some good weight and carving out a nice role in the offense.

No big plays, but it was exciting to see the TE consistently used as a safety valve. Could see him getting 50 receptions this year.

I can only remember one and the defender knocked it out which wasn't his fault, just good coverage. Don't remember the other one you're referring to(not saying you're wrong, I just don't remember). Regardless, I don't think he's had more than 10 career targets. Pretty silly to start labeling him on that small of a sample size. Plus, he had a beautiful one-handed TD catch that was out of bounds.

MB had a solid game yesterday both blocking and receiving. Can't remember a game where we threw so much to the TE. Very encouraging.

Still needs to tweak his blocking and catching a bit, but once he does he could very likely be All B1G if not All American...
