The journey started Tuesday when Heuerman visited the University of Michigan. He left the next day to drive to South Bend, Ind., and met with new Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly. On Thursday, Heuerman headed south to Purdue?s campus in West Lafayette, Ind.
After a six-hour visit with the Boilermakers, Heuerman and his family drove four hours west to Columbus. The Cougars standout met with the Buckeyes all day Friday and will be on the sidelines for today?s spring game.
