TE Jake Hausmann (Official Thread)

The Buckeyes depth chart at TE is so favorable for Jake Hausmann.

In two years if Jake enrolls, the Buckeyes will only have at TE Marcus Baugh and the one TE they recruit for the 2015 class. The Bucks will only take one TE in the 2015 class. Hausmann and Farrell in 2016 gets the Buckeyes back to the four TE number that they want. Hausmann would not redshirt but do see Farrell would redshirt to get a year of difference between them.
It's a made-to-order situation for Jake.

I am not sure about this. With Clark and Henteges gone, I don't see any OSU caliber TEs right now that we have a shot at landing. I see a realistic chance that we might just bank em for the next year. This is scary thin depth at TE for the 2015 season with just 2 TE's. And just 1 for the 2016 season if you don't count the true freshmen. I just hope Baugh stays out of trouble.

We can still look at Moore from KS at TE. And let's not forget its only June,we may still have an under the radar kid that pops out this summer, or after his season.

I was thinking along those lines too. Kinda in the mold of Jamal Marcus or James Clark. Would be nice.

But what a punch a one-two combo of Hausmann and Farrell would be next year!
