That’s what I mean.. that just makes zero sense.

So we have a stronger team this year compared to last year and they have a good bit worse of a team this year. Then the games here in Columbus as well and we’ll have the more motivated team between the two considering the last 3 years.
C’mon man, this ain’t hard. It’s the old “Liar’s Smokescreen”. Whatever they do wrong, they whine about others doing to them. Whatever they are bad at, they mock others for being bad at the same thing.

Folks, this is 56 minutes and 43 seconds well fucking spent. So many great memories in here.

And I hate to contradict Urban, but he said a couple of times last week that this year’s goal-line stand at the Pedsters was the “greatest goal-line stand in Ohio State history”. I believe that doesn’t give enough credit to what the Buckeyes did in The Game in 1972. There are a couple plays from those goal-line plays in 1972 in this glorious set of highlights. Do yourself a favor, find 56 minutes and watch all of this.
The greatest Goal Line stand was against Wisconsin in 2012 when Ryan Shazier launched his body and Monte Ball fumbled away his chance at breaking the NCAA career rushing TD record against the Buckeyes

Negative. Goal line stand against a strong tcun team to deny their motherless fucking asses a Big Ten championship and spot in the Rose Bowl. Nothing beats that.

They aren’t going to be able to drive the field against our D we just need to avoid the bonehead mistakes that give them those long runs.

Someone needs to be glued to Loveland at all times too. Don’t want to see him open all day like he’s seemed to be against about everyone else this year.
Agreed with all of this, Loveland and Edwards are their only legit threats...shut them down and you shut down their offense. On offense, my faith has grown in Kelly each game on play calling. We know we have a myriad of weapons, so it is play calling and not turning the ball over.

I’ve really enjoyed watching the playbook opened to pages not seen in a long time or, frankly, ever. I hope that some young and aspiring person is following Kelly like a puppy… learning everything there is to be learned. I don’t think we’ll have him forever, but what a treat it has been and will be to have him as our OC.

Amen. Really love the wrinkles and misdirection he has implemented. Only criticism is when we just need a yard, then tush push with a giant QB or at the very least go under center to run it. Going from the gun just allows more time for the defense to penetrate. Other than that, pretty damn great to have him as our OC.
