That’s the key I think to breaking it open. We need to get back to even on the turnover column. What I wouldn’t give for a score and then a quick turnover to get the ball back in scoring possession.

Make no mistake about it though guys we are playing their kind of game right now. I don’t feel confident in pulling this out if we play anything like the first half.

We'll never know if it's Chip or if Day is sometimes calling the shots here, but it feels very much like classic Day in tough situations. If we don't pull this out, that 1st drive after the goal line stand will be an example. The whole world was expecting a run. The run hasn't been there at all and calling it there was a momentum killing call big time. On 1st down, I trust Howard to execute a good play action fake much more than I trust him to execute a 3rd and 7 obvious pass situation. You have to have to at least try if you want to win.

The thing is we also moved the ball on the drive where we missed the field goal.

We just have to have decent field possession because every time we don’t we do nothing with it.
