The football career of former Michigan quarterback Tate Forcier has hit another roadblock.
Forcier was released by the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Friday.
He had signed with the on May 14, and made his first appearance in an exhibition game Wednesday. He did not complete any of his four passes.
Forcier started as a freshman for Michigan under Rich Rodriguez in 2009, but lost the starting job in 2010 to Denard Robinson. He transferred to San Diego State but left the school without playing a down.
