Sugar Bowl - LSU 41, Notre Dame 14 (Final, Jan. 3, 2007)

LSU has some good big backs, but they can't run the ball in running formations. Their blockers aren't mean enough or strong enough to win up front when ND knows it's gonna be a run. LSU should spread the field and fun from those formations. Oh yeah - and they should throw deep because the Irish secondary blows.

Of course, Les Miles is from M*ch*g*n, so his team probably can't run out of the shotgun either.

Ya know........why the hell wont he just throw the ball. You do not need to run against ND. They couldnt cover my grandmother down field.

And she's dead.

LSU has some piss-poor offensive playcalling. It's predictable. It's low-reward, yet somehow not low-risk either.

In this corner ... Les Miles.

LSU will never win a national title as long as Les Miles is their head coach. They won't be bad, but they'll never capture the magic to win it all, either. 10-2 all the way, baby!
