There was never anything wrong with the way he did the show. It was different and a bit outside the cultural norm, so some people were somehow offended. But I always liked him and enjoyed the way he delivered the highlights.

Nothing wrong with bringing a little color to a broadcast covering a part of our society (sports) which is still classified as entertainment.
He fought hard against the devil's disease. Worked through it. Never used it as a crutch.
