As for me,

Football: Lynn Swann, Anthony Davis (@USC) Mercury Morris, Ronnie Lott

Baseball: Dave Parker (with the Pirates) , Oscar Gamble (just the hair) Eric Davis (made me become a Reds fan when I moved to CBus) John Candelaria

Basketball: Bingo Smith (miracle at Richfield was our first season having Cavs tickets) Mike Mitchell, Magic Johnson, Dominique Wilkins.

Hockey: Wayne, Mike Bossy, Paul Coffey, Mark Messier

Pool: are you fucking kidding me

I know alot of people are going with Jordan, but hes my favorite NBA player by far. I went to the same high school as him and was born a block from his house. NC knows their college basketball like no other state in the country.

Which athlete did you idolize growing up?

Haha. I'm kind of interested in seeing some responses, but I remember as a little kid, I was obsessed with anything Jeff Bagwell did. Then, I met Coco Crisp at a game as a prospect a couple years back, and he became my favorite player.
