Great win! I was way off in expectations for this game, totally thought MSU would be the more physical team. Credit to the players and staff for an excellent performance. As big of a statement win as OSU hoops has had in years.

This win is as good as any OSU can get in the B1G. Certainly gives them a win that could help them make the tourney.

i wouldn't be so certain about that. last year's team got blown out in only one game: wisconsin. and then they gave that same wisconsin team a double-digit loss when everyone and his brother was expecting a poor turnout from the bucks. the frustrating thing about last season was not that we were thoroughly out-played. it was that we played to the level of our competition -- good or bad -- and didn't close out games. i mean, 12 of the 18 regular season conference games were decided by no more than 6 points. of the 12 losses to conference teams, 10 were decided by no more than 10 points.
