That 1893 Kentucky tie has always bothered me...

Then don't wear it anymore:

Since 1998 (the first year of the BCS), the SEC has won an overwhelming 15 bowl games against the Big Ten. The Big Ten has won a measly 16 bowl games against the SEC.

With this year's bowl games between Big Ten and SEC, the series is now 18 wins for the SEC, and 17 wins for the Big Ten.

The SEC (Adam Ritterburg's proclaimed most dominant conference evah!!) is now 3-4 in bowls with LSU, Auburn and Kentucky yet to play.

3-4 is impressive I must admit. That 7-5 Florida win over 7-5 Penn State was probably the tipping point.

Wait.

Your saying the SEC won 3 of 4 this year and is only 1 game ahead? If that were true it would have meant the B10 had a lead head to head in Bowl games during the BCS era coming into 2010.

We all know that just isn't possible. When one conference is so vastly superior to another the results will clearly be demonstrated on the field of play.

If the top SEC schools played the top B10 schools 35 times on a neutral field they win 30 easy. I mean come on, did you see Florida beat OSU in 2006? What else needs to be said?

I figured you would know for certain something that BKB's acquaintance mentioned the other day. Does the Big Ten have the longest active winning streak against the SEC in bowl games? For clarification, what I mean is that there has been a Big Ten team that's beaten an SEC team each year for 9 years running or so.
