My boss needs to stop zooming from directly in front of a bright picture window: it’s like we’re video-conferencing with a confidential informant half the time.

Filters help. I have spent a lot on protecting my electronics from spikes, outages and just plain old bad electricity. It makes sense(since we're at home more right now) to protect your favorite TV and computers. And the sound/picture will be much better.

Your boss may have vision problems and is compensating with more "light".
