with columbus expecting 2-4 inches of snow later today and some ice i thought this might be interesting. or atleast a place to complain or celebrate winter and its cold temps and snowfalls. possibly even a place to put pictures of oh i dont maybe trees covered in ice.
 
Anywhere from 1-5 inches here tonight. Gotta love the wide range the forecasters give here. I think we have had about 20 inches of snow so far this year. The snow does not bother me as much as the longgggg winters.

ditto. We would get a couple feet overnight a few times a year (lake effect), and know we were going to school in the morning. You needed like 3 feet and strong winds creating rapid drifts to miss school.

I love snow, and prefer it greatly to the weather here and in central IN (college). When you get more, the plows know what they are doing, and you can just brush it off your car like powder.

My dad managed a grocey store for over 25 years and it never failed they predicted snow on the news and people would come in and buy bread, milk beer, cigerettes, formula, and diapers.
