OK, I think all the vBet are still in the system. You can see them in the pbBook. You can view the thread and the info. The module simply isn't active. Meaning the data is there, but that portion of software is turned off.
This, much like many other features, is a custom "hack" to vBulletin software. Many modules like this exist from 3rd party developers that you can add to standard vBulletin software. Those 3rd party modules we run at BP have ALL been disabled for the time being.
Reputation, Awards, Book, Blogs, Plaza, Arcade, etc., etc., etc. All are still here. All still contain their data, they simply aren't "running". I assume that means that folks will not be able to place a bet until the bpBook module is back up and running. I would guess that all bets in the system (before it was shut down) will still pay out. It looks like you can still purchase stuff from the vbPlaza. I'm guessing it will keep track of everything, but simply won't display that info in your 'postbits' until that module is turned back on. Again, just a guess, so purchase items, donate, use the bank, etc., etc. at your own risk.
FWIW, the Game Preview IS still active. It is located in the News Forum. You can access it there. It simply doesn't show on the front page since the front page is inactive. Just a guess, but I think the front page is down because it accesses and references SO many of these custom software modules at BP. Modules that are currently turned off. This seems like the only problem (front page down) that need addressed by Clarity SOON. Hopefully he can place a redirect, so that the front page address will simply redirect folks to the Forums (for the time being). I'm sure folks are still going to the FP and wondering why the site is down ... not good.
