First off, agree with everything here and "Chinos on fire" is freaking hilarious. But you also have Hairball lying without facing potential criminal ramifications for disclosing an ongoing felony investigation like JT had going on, so even worse to me. He lied and didn't have a compelling reason to do so...if we're getting nailed on that, Hairball should get the same treatment.
I'll tell you how he reacts...come December/January, we will spread his legs for every NFL team with a HC vacancy, they will all pass on him because he's a fucking fruit loop, and he will crawl back to scUM and reaffirm his "commitment to the program." Wash, rinse, repeat.

As someone who is absolutely NO fan of Jim Tressel, I'd say the Harbaugh case is worse. Simple Jim committed the violation himself and then lied about it. Tressel's violation was in covering up for the players who committed the violation.
On the other hand, the violation is laughably minor. The main issue is the lie (like the Tressel case).
Judging by him quitting in 2020 for no reason except an inevitable loss against us and blaming it on a friend of a friend who's mom thought she heard the word COVID, I have a good guess...
