Rittenberg noted two internal candidates for the job as well. He suggested offensive coordinator Josh Gattis would be a primary candidate. He also named running backs coach Mike Hart as a potential replacement.

No team is going to be able to recruit well enough if they don't do NIL well. I know they are generally middle of the road (except on miracle planetary alignment years) anyway but not giving a fuck about NIL is a death sentence.
