On its own, probably not. But in four years as an NFL head coach he never had a losing season, despite the Niners having gone 9 years without a winning season before his arrival. He went 44-19-1 in the regular season, reached two conference title games and one Super Bowl. He was a better pro coach than he's been at TTUN.
