I feel your pain, but I'm thinking The Pokes will move up, but then they turn right around and play the Sooners again and I don't think they can beat them two times in a row as they almost blew this one up playing prevent. In fact, I wonder if in their long history they've ever won Bedlam 2 times in a row. Have to look that up.

2015: After fouling one off, he swung and missed the next two. Strikeout.
2016: Hit what would have been a single to right field, but hot dogged it down to first and got thrown out from the outfield. Whines that he was actually safe.
2017: Squared one up nicely, but pulled it foul. Then got busy picking his nose, reacted late and popped it up to first base.
2018: Didn't even swing the bat until the catcher caught it three straight times. Strikeout.
2019: Got fooled on as nasty curve on 1-1 and again on 1-2. Strikeout.
2020: Got scared on a high and inside heater. Acted like he got hit. Umpire felt bad for him and let him take first base.
2021: After working the count, he hit a solid two RBI double.

1-5 with phantom HBP and you start talking smack? But I'm not surprised.

Hell, every post about a new DC or defensive coach is essentially talking about what happened on Saturday.
