It’s pretty widely discussed on some of their boards and podcasts. Rumor is he’s none too happy about spending the year without a position coach (WITHOUT A POSITION COACH!!!) since Bob Shoop, the guy they hired for the role left the team sometime in late summer for undisclosed reasons. Yes, they left probably the most talented kid on their shitty roster without a position coach for an entire season. You can’t make this shit up.

Holy hell, I could only hope see him become the broken man we all know he has the potential to be. Loses Venables after 15 years when he bones the Chancellor's wife in an elevator. Now he's confounded by a purple faced Brian Kelly every few years and embarrassed in back to back Outback bowls. In desperation, and on advisement from a former QB whisperer, he hires Don Brown.

And the circle is complete.

I mean that could happen, but with the holier-than-thou types, eventually they crash and burn and it's usually either tragic or hilarious.....

To add to that. Rich Rod at least progressed through his final year. Harbaugh has only declined.
