SimPLLLLLLLe Jim "6-13" Harbaugh (B1G Suspenders McKhakiPants, Cheater Cheater Booger Eater)

Agreed. Cooper wasn't fired until 2000, when two events at the end of the season finally did him in: (a) Reggie Germany posted a Blutarsky in his final quarter at Ohio State; and (b) Mr. Ohio Ryan Brewer ran circles around the Buckeyes in some meaningless bowl game.
I might throw in as (c) Cooper's players suing each other over locker room fights.

and d) It wasn't just Mr Ohio going nuts so much as the entire OSU team clearly mailing it in for the Outback Bowl

Rivaled the bowl loss to Air Force for the two worst demonstrations of character I have ever seen by an OSU team. Both under Coopers watch.

Fuck him to hell

And this is why Ohio State could never be Michigan. Think about it. Those stupid pricks hold turncoat Schembechler in high regard. Funny thing is, Bo had the last laugh on those fuckwits. "A Michigan man will coach Michigan "

Lmao

You brilliant double agent you

Truly... this is Snape like stuff

Yesterday, when you posted that, was the 100th year anniversary of the Buckeyes first win in The Game. Yes, on October 25, 1919 at Ferry Field in Ann Arbor THE Ohio State University won 13-3 as Chic Harley scored a TD and picked off 4 TTUN passes.

That made the rivalry 1-13-2, and it is now 51-58-6 (of course I'm counting 2010, it's a TTUN loss either way). If Cooper would have gone 6-6-1, the Buckeyes would lead right now 55-54-6. So your feelings toward Coop are understandable.

But the Buckeyes will get that lead in the rivalry, and after taking that and the all-time wins lead (now 930-958 counting 2010), the Vulvarines can QTFS.

Great point, but to be fair, "9 and 3 Earle" wasn't fired until 5-4-1 (became 6-4-1 after he was fired).
Quite true, but over 9 years Earle ended up 81-26-1, which averages out to 9.056 and 2.944; if the tie at LSU his final season had been a loss, the average would have been exactly 9-3.

Frank Solich, who preceded Bill Callahan at Nebraska, averaged 9.67 and 3.17 over 6 seasons, but actually was 9-3 in 2003, when he got fired before their bowl game.
