Yeah Kelly is the worst manager of QB's I've seen at such a high level. Totally shot Golstons confidence, he was afraid to make mistakes so he ended up making them by playing to tight.

I think the best situation would be Harbaugh turning the program around a bit for 2-3 years, that way all those lost Michigan fans come back and they think they have returned to relevance. But then Jim jumps to the NFL and the program takes another dive, breaking the hearts of the Maize n Blue as they thought they would be something again. Then they wake up and realize that they still only have a half championship since 1948 and they cry themselves back to sleep.
