No. I can pretty much steal shit like a toothbrush from a CVS and not get killed. If I go in your house and steal your toothbrush you will shoot my ass. :lol: That is the stupid penalty for going in a house where the owner may be armed

But a misdemeanor theft is usually not a capital crime, nor should it be.

I know man, The Sec. Guard was obviously wrong, but what Im saying is that if the guy obeyed the law, he doesnt start the chain reaction that ended his life. Not saying he deserved to die or anything.
