SG Jordan Sibert (Atlanta Hawks)

Well I like not hearing Tennessee on that list...

They would potentially be 3rd on the list... Like I said it's early and he very well may have different thoughts after visits... I don't know if I see him going any farther away from home than tOSU or UL though...

Sibert was the best player in the 16 and under division on Monday. He's an efficient scorer with a quiet killer game. The 6-foot-4 guard can score from the wing, power to the hole, convert from the foul line (8-8 FT) and come off screens or score off the bounce. His complete offensive game is becoming quite advanced.

Tennessee, Ohio State, Minnesota, Cincinnati, Xavier, Miami and Maryland have offered Sibert, according to his brother Logan, while Louisville, Michigan, Notre Dame and Wisconsin are also in the mix. A pair of unofficial visits are in the works to West Virginia and Tennessee in August as well as a trip to Ohio State, too.

Just a quick question, and I may have just missed it somewhere along the way. With Staten commiting to Dayton and Payne supposedly looking heavily at Dayton, do the Flyers have any interest in Sibert? I've been looking at his lists lately and they haven't been showing up on them. I know tOSU is in really good position with him, I was just wondering.

So does that bode well for us? How tight are Sibert and Payne? How tight are they with Sullinger? We have heard that Payne and Staten are good friends, is there any pull from Sullinger to them that would help?

Of the 4 players, the only one that would have a possible effect on a destination would be Staten with Payne... And that's mainly because they have an existing friendship outside of basketball and are likely to be H.S. teammates in the near future (so the rumors state at least)...

It probably doesn't hurt that they are friendly with Sully and know what he can do, but I don't think there will be any major pull to play with him... tOSU is in great shape with Sibert, and would be regardless of Sully...
