SG Jon Diebler (2nd-Most Big Ten career 3-Pointers, Butler Recruiting Director)

Just got off the phone with my dad as he just swung through Upper Sandusky (we used to live there and I went to school there for 11 years...)

And he heard that Diebler just scored 77 points in an overtime win over Tiffin. Unbelievable!

Don't have the stats, but my dad thought he heard something like 17 3's in the game...(which was untrue...you know how rumors fly :))

I saw him play as a freshman at Fostoria, and could tell he would be special. Good thing he's a Buckeye

Holy cow. Diebler had one of the greatest individual scoring performances in Ohio ever, and the best since 1969. Courtesy of jwuerth over at jjhuddle....

Here is Diebler's stats line--27 made free throws is apparently a new state record. Congrats Jon!
