Those jackasses also have a tax on that value of your firm if you employ Tennessee residents. Not if your firm is in TN. Not if you sell things in TN but if you have employees that reside in TN.

So they felt it a good idea to put a tax on the total value of my PA business because we employ 3 remote clerical workers that live in TN.

Guess what happened after that.

One thing not to be lost in all the SEC power grab nonsense is that their entire conference success schtick is built on what Urban Meyer and Nick Saban built.

Meyer has been gone for over a decade and Saban is pushing 70.

The SEC without the Bama deathstar isn't anything special unless you think that mongoloid in Baton Rouge is going to hit the lottery again sometime soon.

That crew in the Penn State game was horrid. I hate PSU but it probably would have been justified if they lost that game and the staff for PSU had an all out brawl with the ref crew
