SEC Championship: UGA vs. Bama

True.

I like the call to run a play instead of spiking it because they had momentum and it keeps Satan from setting up his defense - the substitution was not a good move though.

They can spike it and still run a "hurry up". Not spiking it cost them 5 seconds when they didn't have enough time to run 4 plays.

What bothers me so much about this.

When #1 OSU loses to #17 Wisky we drop to 10th.

#1 Alabama loses to #16 A&M (at home) drops to 4th.

Fuck you BCS, CBS, ESPN & the SEC.
which isn't half as transparent as when Mississippi State gets a #12 ranking for conference membership, gets destroyed by Bama and drops about 4 spots, meanwhile Michigan dropped about 20 for losing by less points in their opener.

Then to add to the fun, Miss St gets blown out again and still only drops slightly

I like the call to run something quickly if you have a trustworthy QB.

They have Aaron Murray.

That's not really a fair comment.
He was better than usual today, but he has a rough track record
It was tipped, and then the receiver who he wasn't even passing to caught it.
It was a pretty dangerous pass overall. The WR wasn't open, there were multiple defenders in the area, the catch wasn't going to be made in the endzone.

The tip only made these problems worse.

Are these really the #2 and #3 teams in the country? Sheesh.

Ugly, ugly game.
Yeah, I think they're really two of the top 3 teams. And I think they're both damn good.

I understand all the SEC angst here, but these are excellent football teams, and I think the Buckeyes would have their hands really full playing either one.
