Does anyone know if tailgating is permitted in the handicap parking lot next to St. Johns? And how early does it fill up for a game like UNLV this Saturday? (I see people abuse this lot). I am hoping to get there 2.5hrs early.

Tailgating is allowed. If you're there by 9:30, you'll be fine
