If they haven't sold their tix they will become reasonable about it. People don't understand the economy and how most would rather enjoy time with friends then to spend rent or mortgage money on one game. I estimate that regular tix will end in the 150-250 per range on sat and student tix like 100-125 per on game day. Even sclaped tix will be reasonable at 8-815 pm on sat night. Student tix still about 250-300 per right now and most upgraded or non student tix in the 300-400 per range on craigslist.

NateG;1523412; said:Don't you mean that increases the supply? More people looking to dump their tickets to make extra cash. I feel like it will be just like every other big game here. There are always tix for a decent price you just have to look hard for em some times. The hard work has always paid off for me.

I don't understand where all of you "so called" Buckeye Fans have gone from buying tickets to see the greatest college football team/tradition in the land to selling your tickets to try to make a small fortune. All you do is ruin it for everyone else who may not have other plans on the day of a game (my loss is your gain B.S.) and would like to see THE Ohio State buckeyes play but can't because you guys all wanna sell Navy tickets for $300 a set or USC tickets anywhere from $300-$1500 a set. You doing this makes the ticket brokers tickets increase in price as well... It's a sad day when you can't go to a game w/out spending $300-$1500 at the vey least to see your favorite team play because of money hungry people! You are not true Ohio State fans!

However, I don't believe it's appropriate to try to shame the sellers of those tickets. It's the basic economic principle of supply and demand at work.
Many students and alumni are willing to sell their tickets at a significant profit to relinquish their abililty to see games in the 'Shoe. For many of them, the money is important to them during difficult economic times.
Obviously, there are also many people who would love to attend tOSU games and can't afford it. But in my opinion, 'questioning the fanhood' of those selling their tickets for a significant profit is poor form.
Brokers are somewhat different, but even so, nobody is forcing anybody to buy tickets from them.
But as far as the USC game goes, regardless of how much anybody paid for their ticket, they need to be loud as hell during the game.
