Absolutely no affordable housing in our area and no resources to help us since all the organizations had their funding taken away. Staying in a motel would chew through our money in a couple weeks. Hate to be a drag but just want to say I love this place, I love everyone here, and I love the Buckeyes. I'll be following from a distance and will be back when we get through this dark chapter.

Just want to say thank you to everyone for the kind words and offers of help. The situation is rapidly improving. We found a new place in a 55+ community and are just waiting for a move in date, hopefully around the 1st. Wife and I are bumming it at the local Days Inn in the meantime.
I mentioned to a fellow BPer in a PM that this is one one of the reasons I love this place. Even though many of us have never met in person, it feels like we've known each other for years. We've had many offers to help from people I've never met and there is no way to describe how much that means to us. I've been on the other side of this in the past when I was able to help a fellow member who lives in my area. BP is so much more than a message board, and we are more than just Buckeye Fans. This place has always felt like family. Once again, thank you to everyone who reached out or offered moral support. This is the greatest community on the interwebz
And last but not least........

GO BUCKS!!

I hope the elitist pricks at least gave you a break on your subscription rate for a while.

Read the small print and for any hidden vig if they let you “miss a payment”. BB73 especially can be a serious prick.

Glad things are better.

Sorry to hear about all of this and BP is a community like that. After spending the majority of the year in the hospital in excruciating pain, BP has been like that without knowing it was one of my few escapes from a pretty rough reality. And definitely grateful for excusing my mental lapses forgetting when I posted duplicative content or just was off after some pretty bad memory loss. I kept asking my dad what time the Texas game started "tomorrow" in June. Long winded way to say this has and always will be quite the community.

With that said, can't wait to watch this game at 10am MST tomorrow
