Michigan State, I figured it was going to be ugly.
Michigan, without Forcier to add a different wrinkle, they were pretty much screwed.
Penn State just pick sixed themselves to a loss.
Wisconsin decided to abandon what got them to the Rose Bowl.

Michigan didnt need forcier, they needed a defense.

What an absolute embarasment for the whole conference. I figured MSU would get curb stomped, but for Wisky to go in and get handled by a mid major?? Think about that, the big 10 champ just got bested by a mid major team.

when vegas makes you a favorite then it shouldnt be a shocker if the team favored wins...big 10 got spanked today...going to be the same old song from the media about the big 10...not saying its going to happen or that i would want it to happen but if you think the media is bad now, imagine if ohio state loses by double digits

Anyone else notice when Toon was on the sidelines he squirted some Gatorade in his mouth, spit it out; and then squirted some on his hands (gloves) and rubbed it all over the gloves.

I claim he cheated. He was trying to make his gloves sticky. It is against the rules to apply a sticky foreign substance on his hands, etc.

I did - not sure the it would have made them sticky, wet maybe.

It should be clear to everyone that Ohio State cannot schedule such a weak SOS and hope to win a NC. The days when one could argue that "we have to make it through the toughest conference in America" are well and truly over.

Ohio State's players should be very much aware that they need to be focused in our bowl game.

Except for the fact that Wisconsin got to the Rose Bowl playing BigTen football...

...and lost this game because they refused to play BigTen football.

They played big 10 football, in the big 10, to get to the rose bowl. I dont see how that disproves my point. And to me, they did play big 10 football. running the clock out at the beginning of the 1st when they had 3 timeout and plenty of time to punch it in. Defense looked awful, didnt adjust to anything. Should I keep going?

This and 2008 are the only bad years the Big 10 had in bowl games recently if I remember. In 2006 I think the B10 went something like 5-2 despite those two losses being us and Michigan getting embarrassed. I believe always did pretty decent in 2007 as well.
