Roger Goodell (official thread)

Fair enough. I wouldn't want my inability to comprehend what others post to be further exposed if I were you either.

Since I won't engage you in this silly debate in forum and since it's clear my attempt to allow you to save some face by taking it to PMs to continue the thrashing and exposing your lack of a logical thought won't occur in this case, instead you're just going to get a picture of a bunny with a pancake on its head. Way to go!

Gordon's Stage 3 suspension was completely consistent with the established policy. The revised suspensions for him and Welker and whoever else don't have to be consistent with prior or future policy because they are part of a one-time negotiated agreement/compromise between the league and PA. But it's worth noting that some guy named LaVon Brazill also had a season-long suspension reduced to 10 games, and 10 games is reportedly the new standard suspension for a 4th drug violation.

I'm sure we'll get a chance to see whether Gordon is treated consistently with the revised policy next time he fails a test.

However, under the revised policy, Gordon's test is not a failure. So his test limit is looked at under the old policy yet he's punished under the new policy. Totally inconsistent as he's the only one that falls in this category.

Money talks, and the Beer company has spoken. But Arian Foster's tweets? OMG, Hilarious....

Hello, Arian? This is Commissioner Goodell. Just wanted to touch base and see if you were aware that I've been handing out career-long suspensions for acts that are damaging to The Shield (tm), so maybe you could consider deleting tweets that accuse our second biggest sponsor behind Gatorade and your employer of being morally bankrupt. Mmm'Kay? Thanks, Arian. Have a nice day.

Player retort: So does that mean you are also suspending yourself for life?
