It's been years since I've clicked on an ESPN recruiting link. However, I read somewhere that they have Victor rated as the #44 WR in the country. The guys had offers from OSU, ND, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, USC, Oklahoma, Michigan, Miami, Florida, Florida State, Clemson, etc. I know offer lists don't determine rankings but that offer sheet compared with some of his camp performances should have been enough to open someone's eyes over there. Once I heard that it validated my reasoning for never giving them the satisfaction of a click.

And I don't get too caught up it subtle differences in rankings but the mere fact that Antonio Williams finished rated higher than Kareem Walker according to Rivals?

I think most would agree that 247, Rivals, and Scout are the three premiere scouting services. I've thought before that it would be cool if 247 allowed you to customize what rankings go into their composite (which, btw, is the most ingenious thing done in the scouting world that I can think of). I'd rather look at the composite of 247/Rivals/Scout than the composite of 247/Rivals/Scout/ESPN.

Final 247:

S, Jordan Fuller – Uncommitted (91 up to 41)
Opposing wide receivers at the Army Bowl talked all week about Fuller being their toughest matchup. Whether he's a corner, a safety or an offensive threat, Fuller just shows out.

Sam Bruce's movement surprised me. I saw a game of his earlier in the year and he was explosive. Not sure what happened there.

Probably size and how it'd translate to the next level. Remember that these rankings are based mainly on projections in college. I'm hearing that Richt is putting up little fight for Bruce because of that and not seeing how he'd fit in the pro style offense
