Only way it makes sense is if they only rate him as a QB (which technically he only wants to be a QB), rather than an ATH. If that is the case there's a very good argument for him not to be a top-100 player then. But I would rate him as a football player, and he would be a top-50 at minimum type of guy.
I can see rivals looking at him as a QB, which is what he wants. But truth is, at this point he's a top 50 ATH, not pure QB. Not saying that with some work he wouldn't be dynamic, but he's not there yet. Relies a whole lot on his legs and still needs to work on his touch. Something that most high end dual threat guys have problems with
