Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

Watching Rodriguez and staff arguing with one another is fun to watch. It makes me realize just how much I love having a coach like Tress leading the Bucks. Rodriguez is either yelling at one of his players or another coach after every bad play. That's something you would never see coach Tressel doing, and I am proud of that. It just shows you what a tool bag RR is.

I know it ruins the joke if you have to explain it, but a USC fan talking about the significance of an NCAA investigation? please tell me you are joking
I guess then you should go ask a fan who has never seen an investigation about the significance of a notice of inquiry.

With Martin retiring and a new AD coming in next September, and an NCAA investigation officially underway, it's worth noting this once again. If they determine that RichRod is personally responsible for a major violation, TSUN has the ability to terminate his contract without paying him anything further.

If he doesn't win 10 games in 2010, he'd better hope they find nothing in that investigation. Otherwise the new AD can hire his own guy without getting hit with a buyout when he cans RichRod.

Note that the violation has to be with RichRod, not just the program in general. If the investigation gets rolling, it could be entertaining to watch how many assistant coaches and trainers he tries to throw under the bus.

From a scUM board post...

The history made in the first 21 games of the Rich Rodrigues era:

Nation's longest consecutive bowl streak...GONE.

Nation's longest streak for most consecutive non-losing seasons...GONE.

Michigan loses to Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Ohio State in the same season for the first time.

Michigan loses to Michigan State in consecutive seasons for the first time in over 40 years.

Michigan loses to Illinois in consecutive seasons for the first time in 50 years.

Michigan finishes with losing record in the Big Ten for first time in 40 years.

Michigan finishes with fewest wins in a season since 1962.

Michigan loses four straight Big Ten games for the first time since 1962.

Michigan has four-game conference losing streaks in consecutive seasons for the first time in school history.

Michigan finishes with the worst defense statistically in school history.

Quite a resume he's building.

Still an ass.
