sounds like mandatory workouts are permitted now. I'm sure RichRod has every lawyer in Toledo pouring over this right now!NCAA said:

Helwagen asked him about the rivalry. He went on to say they had many big rivalries in ND, MSU, and OSU. He treats them all the same. His players hear enough from the fans to know that those are the big games they must win. It sounded eerily similar to a former OSU coach.
