Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

You bet your scarlet ass I am.

Nothing would tickle my pickle more than for the yeller feathered fools at Nike U to get steamrolled (part deux) in the same weekend that we take the B1G, Mizzou takes the SEC, GA Tech takes the ACC and the top 4 end up being:

1. Buckeyes
2. Horny Toads
3. The Fighting Rich Rod's
4. Crab Legs U

So with the first round games being at the stadium closest to the higher seed, we'd be playing Crab legs in Chicago? Right? Oh wait, thanks Delaney. Thanks for putting the interests of the bowls ahead of that of the schools, their fans and their regional economy.

If Brady Hoke is fired the same day Rich Rodriguez wins a coach of the year honor, that would just be hilarious.

Coach of the Year - Rich Rodriguez, Arizona: In just his third year at the helm of Arizona football, Rodriguez earns Pac-12 Coach of the Year honors after leading the Wildcats to a 10-2 record overall and a 7-2 mark in Conference play, claiming the South Division title and the program’s first-ever berth in the Pac-12 Championship after finishing with the best record in league play. It was the Wildcats third 10-plus-win season in school history and its first 10-win regular season since 1998. The Wildcats closed the regular season out with back-to-back wins over AP ranked opponents, defeating No. 20 Utah, 42-10 and No. 13 Arizona State, 42-35. On the year the Wildcats had wins over three ranked opponents, also knocking off No. 2 Oregon on the road, 31-24. Arizona ranked in fourth in the Conference in scoring (36.7 ppg), rushing (189.8 ypg) and total offense (481.2). .

Even BTN is trolling - pimping RichRod for Nebraska
Rich Rodriguez, Arizona. Yes, his tenure at Michigan didn’t work out, but don’t blame RichRod. The guy can coach and has proven it again in Tucson, leading the Wildcats to the Pac-12 title game in just three seasons. His run at West Virginia (2001-07) was stunningly successful. The 51-year-old Rodriguez knows offense and is a proven winner. - See more at: http://btn.com/2014/11/30/ten-poten...e-bo-pelini-at-nebraska/#sthash.QCr5JemD.dpuf
