How many times is somebody going to defend this man by saying "more time?" the defense is a freshman defense plagued with injuries? NO EXCUSE TO BE AT THE BOTTOM ANOTHER YEAR! How about the defense his first year there? That wasn't too young of a defense and yet it still sundered a huge amount of yards. The players don't have the same sense that was instilled when Lloyd, Moeller, Bo were there. Kelvin Grady says, "Coach Rod is building something special right now," wide receiver Kelvin Grady said. "At the beginning of the season, we weren't on anybody's radar and no one was talking about us. We started 5-0 and shocked the world. Now, we lost a game and people want to talk. "Those people should find another ballclub to root for because we're going to follow coach Rod because he's going to take us where we want to be." -WHAT IS SPECIAL THAT HE IS BUILDING? WE ARE NOT A SCHOOL THAT HAS TO BE BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP! I could stand some growing pains and going 6-6 the first year, 7-5 the second year but come on. How can Mississippi State win 5 games their first year with Dan Muellen? Your going to tell me Mississippi State had more talent than we did? When Lloyd went 7-5 in 2005 we were the most hated football team in a long time now if we went 7-5 it would be a tremendous victory. Look at us we have become complacent being like Illinois (who will beat us this year), Purdue, Indiana... not many expectations
