Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

"It's amazing some of the things that people would say (on a message board) or yell at you of a personal nature," Rodriguez said Monday. "You almost want to tell them, "Get a life.'

Uh, Captain Dumbfuck, those people who need to "get a life" are the ones who ponied up the cash to get your hillbilly ass out of West Virginia. And the same ones who are ponying up their hard-earned cash to go watch your comically inept excuse for a football team lose to the likes of Utah, Toledo, and Northwestern. I'd watch insulting the people that pay my salary, but maybe that's just me.

Hey, DickRod. U of M didn't hire you to head up the fucking Federal Reserve; they hired you to win football games.

So far you've screwed the pooch almost as badly as Ben Bernanke, so maybe you better focus your attention on your job and accept the fact that when you're paid $3mil per annum, your team's fans are entitled to treat you like dogends when you don't perform. And for sure, "my friend," you haven't.

Wow. Such a naive comment.

He just does not realize he's at MICHIGAN!

Yes, there are bigger issues, but fans at Ohio State and Michigan are serious about their football teams. It's the way it is and he's not ready for it.

... and it's for perhaps one week a year that we can pretend to forget about things like the economy to enjoy good and not so good natured ribbing about something so simple as a football game. Yes, there are bigger things in this world than a football game... but for one week a year, there is nothing bigger. And that is a welcome escape from the world in which we live.

Im sure this joke is somewhere in the scUM vs OSU thread but, its good enough for Dick Rod's thread as well:

I heard Dick Rod was cancelling the game....

Said that it was no way the team would make it to C-Bus if they couldn't get through Toledo!

GPA?

I'm actually glad I don't have gainful employment this week. I can spend it thinking of new ways to insult M*ch*gan...which, I believe, is my natural calling in life.

:slappy: so message board posts actually get to old Dick Rod?

So the dumbfuck is reading message boards???? Maybe if he watched a little more film, they would have been able to beat Toledo, who is, you know, in last place in the MAC

Well at least he has one thing down...VIILoyd's penchant for whining about fan behavior (remember his baby-rattle-inducing tearfest about the old lady giving him the finger out the window of the team bus?)

Yo, dipfuck, from us to you...we have a life, you have a glass of cheetah-spooge of a football team. Have a nice day.

Michigan's Rodriguez tells some fans to get a life

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Rich Rodriguez loves to win - and he hates to lose as much as anyone.
Michigan's coach, though, tries to keep as much perspective as he can.
Rodriguez has his wife and kids around him after practices, at the team hotel and on bus trips to the stadium. His office door is always wide open, allowing visitors to say hello.
Heading into his first Michigan-Ohio State game - where the Wolverines are expected to extend their dubious record with a ninth loss - he tried to deliver a message to fans who have lost touch.
"It's amazing some of the things that people would say (on a message board) or yell at you of a personal nature," Rodriguez said Monday. "You almost want to tell them, 'Get a life.' "There's a whole lot bigger problems. Look at the economy."

If you look up "classy" in the dictionary I don't think you will see Dick-Rods picture.
