RHCP sang the scUM fight song in the bus?

Anthony Kiedis is originally from Grand Rapids, don't know about the drummer. Either way I don't give a shit, I haven't liked any of their stuff since BloodSugarSexMagik. Everything up to, and including that album is great, tho.

Well if this is true i used to love RCHP.

Wow, talk about a gross overeaction. :wink2:

Who cares what the Chili Peppers did, I still think they are a kick ass band. I actually think that it's kind of funny.

Ohio State fans are the best in the country, but they are the worst in the country when it comes to over-reacting to small issues. Case in point right here.

You just made the list buddy!!!:wink2:

Since I can't find an e-mail address to contact them at I have decided to take another approach.

I will be hosting a RHCP CD Burning party next week. Anyone who would like to show their support for the Bucks can come and burn any and all RHCP related items. I used to love these guys, but this crosses the line, I will not stand for it.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, just in case anyone out there is gay enough to actually own anything related to that bitch Nick Lachey, you can bring it and burn that shit too!!!

Screw them!!!!!

Well, :io: , but really, anyone expecting me to throw away CDs or give up my tape of The Big Chill will have a long wait. Now if they'd sang the Notre Dame Victory March... well, that's a whole other matter...

I wonder how an Ann Arbor concert crowd would react to RHCP singing "Across the Field"...probably not much better.

Having played the guitar for 10+ years now, one of my dreams has always been to play to a sold out show in scUM land; then enter the stage in a tOSU jersey and play the fight song.
With that said, the RHCP can still kiss my ass.

They did it again. Once it's cute, twice I say you're askin' for a beat down. Just saw this on an Irish board:

Last night as the Red Hot Chili Peppers finished their concert in Columbus Ohio and were receiving an ovation, the drummer walks up to the microphone and starts signing Hail To the Victors.
It's one thing to be a fan, and another to crap on an arena full of people who just paid $75 a pop to see your show.

I actually got a chuckle out of it...it's obvious he just did that to get a rise out of some folks. Now, it did look like he did flip the crowd off as he was walking off the stage...that's out of line, if he did.

This band is still around?

This.

Outside of under the bridge their music is pure shit. Frisanti had alot of his guitar talent wasted by kiedis's kiddo poems. I think he just feels in mad libs for his lyrics.

Band sucks ass.

He was the first to come out for the encore, where he had changed his generic black hat to a shitty scUM hat, swung on one of the light fixtures on the stage, then pointed at his hat walking and flipped off the crowd for about 30 seconds.

He is a giant douche.
