Dabo said what he said, but I think what he meant to say is this: "We're coming off a loss (or whatever you want to call it) and without the chance to curbstomp the shitty teams on our schedule, we might get left out of the top 4 at the end of the season."

THAT is all he is worried about. He was crying about the University spending "several hundreds of thousands of dollars to travel (later mentioned $300,000)" - the dude douche himself is making $7.56 million this year - ironically, that is after a $687,500 pay cut he took due to Covid. That paycut alone could have funded their travel to FSU more than twice, so let's not pretend its that big of a deal.

Not going to happen. I'm guessing Dabo calls the shots down there in an almost Paternoesque manner. I do find it ironic though that the Clemson administration is exactly the kind of administration that a large part of our fanbase (not saying you) desperately yearns for at Ohio State.
