He's beyond old school in his approach and he is the killer of pitchers arms.

I could live with the former if I had to but the latter is the deal breaker. His overall personality doesn't exactly make me all warm and fuzzy either.

Look at PBP(pitcher abuse points) for his guys when he was the manager) Prior and Wood didn't just wake up one day and their arms fell off.

The official Reds tidbits thread has a lot of this stuf in more detail. Bottom line is it would signify to me beyond any point of return that this front office is so incompetent as to be nearly criminal. I think after 15 years or so a fan of a team who shows neither the desire or ability to get better has the right to be a free agent(if they so desire) without the stigma of "bandwagoner" hanging over their heads.

This sorry bunch of fucks is just going over the same ground the last two sorry bunch of fucks had already covered. Its 11 years and counting since a post season appearance(fuck '99 and that 1 game playoff shit). Hiring Dusty would accelerate those last 4 years on my contract imo.

Sadly enough I'll probably just become a non denominational baseball fan and not really pay attention to the goings on in Cintucky anymore.

I've had to watch the MLB post season this way for the past 11 years, its not like its a new experience or anything. I've just got to break myself of emotional ties to a gang of fuckups who are either unwilling or unable to put a competetative team on the field.

The Reds FO is the anti-OSU.
