Exit Velocity. We all know what it is by now. Top guys in MLB average 94-96. The highest one hit instance so far is Stanton with a 123.9 (jeezus).
So who's the lowest? Who is the slappiest slappy drawing a MLB paycheck?

LOL, we certainly have room to laugh at Hamilton but if he makes a similar improvement next year as he has this year.... well he won't be a Red so it probably won't be a great thing when it happens.

Even though it seems virtually impossible, the Browns will still do just that. They will actually win a game this year.
