Billy Hamilton is going to go down as one of those mythical stories that people tell 20 years from now. "I once saw this guy score from 2nd base on a passed ball!" " I saw this guy score from first base on a Texas Leaguer single!" By then it will be he scored from first on a bunt.

"Billy Hamilton was so fast he could turn out the lights and be in bed before it got dark!"

I wish that sumbitch could just hit a little bit more and take some walks!

Don't worry. The $7MM Cuban SS they just signed can't hit a lick either.

BTW, Hamilton would be a very nice back up OF/defensive replacement/pinch runner extraordinaire on a good team.
