I hope they don't sign him, or Scaffolding, to any LTC's anytime soon.

I kind of like them, they are reasonably competent and aren't visibly intimidated by big moments unlike 38 or so other spineless Mary's on the Reds 40 man roster.

It would be a damn shame to see their careers end so soon.

Here are some fun Reds facts on Mothers Day 5/10/15

Lets start with the bullpen for LULZ
  • They have the highest bullpen ERA in baseball, with Aroldis Chapman's numbers included, at 5.47
  • Reds are tied with the Rockies for the lowest LOB% of any bullpen in baseball at 63%
  • Unlucky you say? Guess again. BABIP is dead on .300
  • Fourth worst bullpen WHIP in baseball (remember this is with Chapman striking out almost every other batter he faces)

  • I just want to fucking know how Kevin fucking Gregg fucking pitching more than Tony fucking Cingrani helps the motherfucking Cincinnati fucking Reds?

Starters
  • ERA is decent and that leads most to think the rotation is solid
  • Reds starters are outperforming the FIP (actual ERA-FIP) more than any other staff in baseball by a lot (see below):

So the bullpen is the bucket of puss everyone but Walt thought it would be but is, amazingly enough, made worse by fucking Brian fuckhead Price's fucking misfuckingmanagement and the starters are living on borrowed time before they show their true shitstained colors.

How about the offense?
  • middle of the road in Runs scored (19th) but fuck all that lets look at what they do when RISP, or when they do the Gizmo as I like to think of it
  • OBP with RISP (first job of a hitter is don't make an out) = 3rd worst in baseball
  • so they make more outs with RISP than anyone but the fucking Red Sox and Phillies
  • Individual cumbubbles by wOBA (remember about .320 is average)

  • Phillips, Bruce and Hamilton are near worthless to run production
  • There are pitchers that contribute more offensively than Walts fruity fucked up fun club of a bench
  • Glad to see they play a man down every night to keep that thunderous bat of Mesoraco's one legged corpse available for key situations
It's too fucking depressing to think about but the owner actually thinks the guy who put this fucked up ass monstrosity together and the manager who somehow can make it even worse are doing a good job.

Cincinnati Reds baseball. Catch the fever.

Easy fucking fix: Bring LeCure back to the bigs where he belongs and drop Gregg like a fucking stone.
Fix #2: Bring Iglesias back to the bigs so he can face big league batters from the Reds bullpen instead of trying to "stretch him out" in AAA all so they can slow his "ticking arb clock" and improve the overall outlook of the Goddamn Reds and Iglesias' future. Because when was the last time the Reds either a)developed a talent long enough for them to actually be good and then move up or b) traded them before absolutely ruining the fuckers prospects as a major leaguer at all??

Quit fucking bullshitting everyone Walt and bring up the people who might just be able to play now and get rid of these garbage dump cocksuckers on the current roster!

It's also time to just start calling it like it is with Billy Hamilton.....motherfucker is worse than Willy Taveras.

In 2009 Taveras, who I considered up to this point in time the most worthless POS ever to don a baseball uniform, rocked a .275 OBP for a full season as the Reds leadoff hitter.

Billy fuckass Hamilton is currently sporting a .268 eye gouger.

Give him time? Just a youngster? Go to fangraphs and compare the two. Taveras was better at the same ages.

Only Walt fucking Jocketty and the Reds could field both Willy Taveras and someone worse than Willy Taveras 4 of the past 7 years.
