Of course i know all about this because we over here were the first team in the history of anything to do something like trade back to back Cy Young winners. But hey, we did get the following load in return:
Matt LaPorta (
) 291 games, .238 average
Rob Bryson ( ) no games, last seen in Columbus in 2013 with an era over 6
Zach Jackson ( ) 12 games, 2-3, era over 6
Jason Knapp ( ) 0 games, flamed out in Lake County in 2010
Jason Donald () 3 years, 170 games, .257 average
Lou Marson () 5 years, 140 games (he was pacing himself), .219 hitter, backup meathead
Carlos Carrasco: 5 years later he might...might...turn out to be something, but right now he is a 20-27 pitcher with an ERA over 4 and a quarter
Michael Brantley: OK, so we got one eventual good player for 2 Cy Young winners.. But he now had a chronically bad back after 2 good years.
