I hate when they swing at the first pitch! Paul draws a walk after Frazier works the count to get his HR. Mesoraco comes up hacking at the first pitch and it's a groundout. It seems like for every hit you get on the first pitch there are 4 easy outs. If you get out at least make him throw a few pitches.

Different approaches at the dish have their time and place, and a lot of it is based on matchup, situation, etc ...

But after playing 23 innings of baseball in two days and knowing (1) Cubs SP are awesome, (2) Cubs RP are gas cans, (3) Cubs offense is worst in MLB ... work the fucking count you idiots.
