This is pretty ridiculous considering I'm comparing him to a potential Hall of Famer, but I think Frazier could turn into a Jeff Kent type player. Obviously he isn't going to play 2B with Phillips there for the next couple of years but I think if was to play there he could turn into a legitimate all star player, with decent defense and elite offense for the position.
Frazier was a better minor league player than Kent and Kent strangely broke out in his late 20's when he started playing with Barry Bonds and his enormous cranium. Kent's ops+ for his career was 123. Frazier's ops+ this year is 123.
He will still be a valuable player if he plays 3rd or LF but obviously not quite as valuable considering the offensive expectations of those positions.
He's a good player regardless and another excellent high draft pick for The Redlegs.
